Terms & Conditions – Talagee Platform

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the Talagee platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “we”). By using or accessing the Platform by any means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: Refers to the Talagee website, its applications, and all digital services.
  • User: Any natural or legal person using the Platform, either as a service provider or as a requester.
  • Service: Includes all functionalities provided by the Platform, such as listing offers and requests, receiving Talagee notifications, analytics tools, and the dashboard.
  • Account: The registered user profile within the Platform.
  • Content: All data, information, and files uploaded by users on the Platform.

3. Service Description

  • Talagee provides an intelligent networking environment for companies, allowing users to:
  • List services, products, solutions, and business or investment needs.
  • Receive AI-driven intelligent matching suggestions.
  • Use analytics tools to explore potential partnerships.
  • Send and receive connection requests.

4. Beta Phase

  • As part of Talagee’s beta launch, users in this phase agree to the following terms:
  • 4.1 Beta Subscription
  • The beta subscription is available for a limited number of companies.
  • It grants full access to all Platform features at no cost during the beta period.
  • The beta period lasts 30 days from reaching the target number of 5,000 companies.
  • 4.2 Beta Benefits
  • Any company that participates and submits a complete feedback form during the beta automatically receives:
  • 3 months of free premium subscription.
  • 50% discount on any paid annual subscription upgraded later.
  • 4.3 No Feedback Submission
  • If your company does not submit feedback during the beta, after the beta period you may choose to:
  • Subscribe to any paid Talagee plan (without discount).
  • Switch to the basic free plan with limited features.
  • Delete the company account.

5. Platform Usage During Beta

  • a) Users must use the Platform effectively for evaluation and feature testing.
  • b) Testing includes exploring AI tools, searching for partners, updating company information, and using the dashboard.

  • a) Purpose: The beta version is for testing before official launch and to collect user feedback for improving performance and user experience.
  • b) Duration: The beta lasts for a defined period (e.g., 30 days from activation) and may be extended or modified at the Platform’s discretion.
  • c) User Data & Responsibility:
  • Users acknowledge that all data, information, and files submitted on Talagee are considered public and non-confidential, authorized for business networking purposes.
  • Submission of any confidential or sensitive information (e.g., trade secrets, undisclosed financial information, client or employee personal data, or legally restricted data) is prohibited.
  • The Platform is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from submission of confidential or unauthorized data.
  • Users bear full legal responsibility for any data they upload or share.
  • d) Privacy and Data Confidentiality:
  • All data shared during the beta is treated confidentially and used only to develop and improve the Platform. No personal data will be shared externally without prior consent.
  • Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials (Username/Password).
  • Users must not share accounts with third parties.
  • e) Intellectual Property:
  • All IP rights of the Platform, including design, code, and generated data, are owned by the “Digital Platform for Entrepreneurship Development.” Users may not copy or reuse any part of the Platform.
  • f) Limitation of Liability:
  • The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the beta, as the system is under development.
  • g) No Warranty:
  • Users acknowledge that the beta may contain errors or malfunctions and participate at their own risk.
  • h) Feedback:
  • All feedback submitted during the beta is the property of the Platform and may be used without obligation to the user.
  • i) Termination:
  • The Platform may suspend or terminate any user account at any time without notice if terms are violated or misuse occurs.

6. User Obligations

  • By using the Platform, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Refrain from posting illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Comply with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
  • Respect data confidentiality and avoid unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
  • Not use the Platform for fraud or spam.
  • Avoid posting content that violates laws or contains malware.
  • Not attempt to hack or disrupt Platform services.
  • a) Legal Eligibility:
  • Users must represent a legally registered company or business entity with authority to enter into contracts and use digital services.
  • Users must have official authorization to represent the legal entity registered on the Platform and bear full legal responsibility for accuracy.
  • Talagee reserves the right to verify entity registration and request supporting documents, and may terminate or suspend accounts if misrepresentation is detected.
  • Individuals may not use the Platform for personal purposes; services are limited to commercial and institutional entities.
  • b) Intellectual Property Rights:
  • All IP rights related to the Platform (including trademarks, design, code, and algorithms) are owned by Talagee.
  • Users retain rights to their submitted content, provided they grant Talagee a global, non-exclusive license to use it for Platform operations and improvement.
  • c) Limitation of Liability:
  • The Platform endeavors to provide stable and accurate service but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of errors.
  • The Platform is not responsible for the outcomes of partnerships or recommendations; users are responsible for their decisions.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the subscription value paid over the last three months.
  • While data protection uses the latest measures, 100% security against breaches or cyberattacks cannot be guaranteed; users participate at their own risk.
  • d) Account Termination:
  • The Platform may suspend or terminate any account for:
  • Violating terms and conditions.
  • Illegal or harmful use of the Platform.
  • Users may request account deletion, with the Platform retaining data as legally required.
  • No refunds for used services post-termination.
  • e) Data Privacy & Cookies:
  • All user data is subject to the Talagee Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Users consent to collection of personal data (name, email, phone, company data) and company data from the internet or social media.
  • Users agree to data use as per the privacy policy, including cookies and tracking technologies.
  • Data retention lasts while the account is active or for legal/operational purposes.
  • Upon deletion, data is removed within 60 days.
  • Data is only shared with:
  • Service providers (Hosting, Cloud, Email).
  • Legal compliance (judicial/government requests).
  • Users have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to marketing use of their data.
  • Data is processed and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in regions selected by the Platform (e.g., USA or Middle East – Bahrain/UAE) in accordance with applicable data protection policies.
  • In case of a breach, users will be notified within 72 hours.
  • The Platform adheres to best practices in data protection, including GDPR compliance where applicable, without guaranteeing full compliance except where legally required.
  • The Platform also complies with local data protection laws in Jordan and operating countries.
  • f) Force Majeure:
  • The Platform is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, internet/communication outages, political or governmental crises, or other unforeseen events. The Platform may suspend or delay services until the situation resolves without legal liability.
  • g) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan unless otherwise agreed.
  • Disputes regarding data stored on servers outside Jordan are still subject to Jordanian law; server location does not waive this jurisdiction.
  • Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if not possible, courts in Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • h) Amendments to Terms:
  • Talagee may modify these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-system notification.
  • Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
